Strict All-Sales-Final Policy: Except in cases of physical damage sustained during courier transit (as outlined in Section 6), all sales of original artworks are final and non-refundable once received.

Transit Insurance & Delivery Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon final delivery (or upon signature of receipt at the specified delivery address or collection point).
Deliveries must be signed for by an adult. Couriers will not leave original fine art unattended or in an unmonitored safe place.
Failed Deliveries & Re-shipment: If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or repeated missed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional re-delivery costs incurred.
Inspection Upon Delivery & Damage Claims
Because original artworks are irreplaceable, strict procedures must be followed upon receipt to preserve transit insurance coverage:
External Packaging Inspection: Immediately upon delivery, inspect the outer package for visible tears, punctures, crushed corners, or moisture. If severe external damage is present, note "Damaged Outer Packaging" on the courier delivery receipt before signing.
Internal Artwork Inspection: Unpack the artwork within 48 hours of receipt. Carefully inspect the canvas, surface, and frame.
Reporting Transit Damage: If the painting has sustained physical damage during transit, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery at our designated contact email. You must provide:
Clear, high-resolution photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged areas of the artwork.
A detailed written description of the damage.
Failure to report damage within the 48-hour window may invalidate the transit insurance claim and prevent repair, replacement, or refund authorization.
